NODARNIKA KNITS – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Nodarnika.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using nodarnika.com, including browsing, buying, selling, creating listings, communicating with users, and using marketplace services.

By using Nodarnika, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Seller Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other marketplace rules posted on Nodarnika.

  1. ABOUT NODARNIKA

Nodarnika is an online marketplace platform that connects independent sellers with buyers interested in yarns, knitted goods, crochet items, handmade products, natural fiber products, embroidery, lacework, accessories, macrame, patterns, tutorials, and related goods.

Nodarnika provides the marketplace platform. Sellers are independent sellers. Sellers are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Nodarnika.

Each seller is responsible for their own products, listings, descriptions, prices, photos, materials, shipping, customer service, returns, taxes, and legal compliance.

  1. USER ACCOUNTS

Users may need to create an account to buy, sell, list products, communicate with other users, or access certain marketplace features.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete account information. Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure and for all activity under their account.

Nodarnika may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that appear false, misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, inactive, or inconsistent with marketplace rules.

  1. BUYERS

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing descriptions, product photos, prices, shipping information, return policies, processing times, and seller information before making a purchase.

Buyers should ask the seller questions before purchasing if clarification is needed.

By purchasing through Nodarnika, buyers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to comply with applicable marketplace policies.

  1. SELLERS

Sellers are responsible for creating honest, accurate, and complete listings.

Sellers must accurately describe products, materials, fiber content, sizes, measurements, colors, condition, processing time, shipping details, return policy, and any other important product information.

Sellers must comply with the Seller Policy and all marketplace rules before listing or selling products on Nodarnika.

  1. LISTING REVIEW AND APPROVAL

All listings submitted to Nodarnika may be reviewed before publication. Submitting a listing does not guarantee that the listing will be approved or published.

Nodarnika may review listing photos, descriptions, prices, categories, materials, shipping information, seller information, and any other listing details needed to protect buyers, sellers, the marketplace, and the Nodarnika brand.

Listing review usually takes 24–48 hours. In some cases, review may take longer if additional information, corrections, or proof of ownership, permission, or license is required.

Nodarnika may approve, reject, remove, suspend, or request changes to any listing that appears unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, infringing, copied, in poor or bad condition, contains unclear photos, or inconsistent with Nodarnika marketplace rules.

Approval of a listing by Nodarnika does not mean that Nodarnika guarantees the product, materials, legality, copyright ownership, safety, quality, authenticity, or accuracy of the listing. Sellers remain fully responsible for their listings and products.

Listings may also be denied or removed if the item condition, product quality, or listing information does not meet Nodarnika marketplace standards.

  1. COPYRIGHT, OWNERSHIP, AND LICENSE

Users may not upload, list, link to, sell, resell, distribute, or provide content copied from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Etsy, another website, another marketplace, or another creator unless they own the rights or have permission to do so.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products, photos, written instructions, images, and other content they list or provide are their own original content, or that they have permission, authorization, or a valid license to use and sell that content.

Nodarnika may request proof of ownership, permission, license, or authorization at any time. If acceptable proof is not provided, Nodarnika may reject or remove the listing, restrict the seller account, suspend the account, or take other action allowed under these Terms and marketplace policies.

  1. DIGITAL CONTENT SOURCE VERIFICATION

For videos, tutorials, patterns, images, links, or other digital content that appears to come from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Etsy, another website, another marketplace, or another creator, Nodarnika may request proof of ownership, permission, or license before approval.

Nodarnika may review the original source or contact the account owner, creator, brand, rights holder, or related source to confirm whether the seller is authorized to list, sell, or distribute the content on nodarnika.com.

If authorization cannot be verified, or if the original rights holder denies permission, Nodarnika may reject, remove, suspend, or decline publication of the listing.

  1. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND PAYMENT PROVIDERS

Payments on the platform may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Nodarnika does not store full payment card details, full bank account numbers, full SSN/ITIN numbers, or full Stripe verification information on the marketplace.

By submitting payment, payout, or verification information, users understand and agree that:

  • payments may be processed by third-party payment providers;
  • such providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, verification requirements, and fees;
  • Nodarnika is not responsible for errors, delays, outages, security incidents, verification decisions, payout holds, or payment processing decisions caused by third-party payment providers.
  1. MARKETPLACE COMMISSION, LISTING FEES, PAYMENT PROCESSING, AND STRIPE

Nodarnika currently charges a 10% marketplace commission on completed transactions. This commission may be deducted from the seller’s transaction amount.

Nodarnika may also charge marketplace-related fees, such as listing fees, marketplace fees, promotional fees, subscription fees, or other seller fees, if such fees are offered or required by Nodarnika. Any applicable Nodarnika fees will be shown or explained through the marketplace, seller account, listing process, or applicable marketplace policies.

Payments, seller payouts, buyer payments, refunds, and certain financial verification processes may be handled by Stripe and/or other third-party payment providers. Stripe is an independent third-party payment processor and is not owned or controlled by Nodarnika.

Stripe and/or other third-party payment providers may charge their own payment processing fees, payout fees, refund-related fees, dispute fees, chargeback fees, currency conversion fees, international payment fees, bank verification fees, or other applicable fees according to their own terms, pricing, and policies.

Nodarnika does not control Stripe’s fees, pricing, verification requirements, payout timing, payment holds, disputes, chargebacks, payment declines, refunds, or payment processing decisions.

Sellers are responsible for considering Nodarnika’s marketplace commission, any applicable Nodarnika listing or marketplace fees, and any third-party payment processing fees when setting product prices, shipping prices, and business costs.

Nodarnika may update its marketplace commission rate, listing fees, marketplace fees, or other seller-related fees from time to time based on business costs, platform costs, payment processing costs, market conditions, economic conditions, or changes in marketplace operations.

  1. SHIPPING

Sellers are responsible for shipping the products they sell, unless the listing is for a digital product.

Sellers must clearly state shipping location, shipping methods, shipping costs, processing time, estimated delivery time, and any shipping restrictions.

Buyers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges for international orders.

Nodarnika is not responsible for seller shipping delays, lost packages, customs delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or carrier issues, except as required by applicable law.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, PATTERNS, AND TUTORIALS

Digital products are not currently available for listing or sale on Nodarnika Knits unless this feature is officially enabled in the future.

  1. MATERIALS AND PRODUCT CLAIMS

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing product materials and fiber content.

If a seller describes an item as “100% cashmere,” “100% wool,” “100% cotton,” “100% silk,” “natural fiber,” “organic,” or similar, the seller is responsible for making sure the claim is accurate and not misleading.

Nodarnika may request proof, label information, supplier information, receipts, fiber documentation, or other reasonable evidence before approving or continuing to display a listing.

Nodarnika does not independently verify every fiber or material claim made by sellers.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Return, refund, and exchange terms may depend on the seller’s policy, the type of product, applicable law, and marketplace rules.

Sellers are responsible for clearly stating whether they accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Buyers should review the listing and seller policy before purchasing.

Nodarnika may help review disputes when appropriate, but sellers remain responsible for their own products, order fulfillment, customer service, and return policies.

  1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not use Nodarnika to:

  • post false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
  • sell copied, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, illegal, or infringing products;
  • upload or link to content they do not own or have permission to use;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users;
  • redirect users to unauthorized outside payments to avoid marketplace rules or fees;
  • interfere with marketplace operations, security, or user experience;
  • violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
  1. NO OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS

Users may not use Nodarnika listings, messages, profiles, photos, descriptions, or communications to avoid marketplace rules, redirect buyers to unauthorized outside payments, or complete transactions outside the marketplace when such conduct violates Nodarnika rules.

Nodarnika may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or listings if a user attempts to avoid marketplace payments, commissions, policies, or transaction protections.

  1. ACCOUNT OR LISTING REMOVAL

Nodarnika may restrict, suspend, remove, or refuse access to any account, listing, product, photo, video, digital content, message, or marketplace activity that appears unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, fraudulent, copied, infringing, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with these Terms or marketplace policies.

Nodarnika may also take action if a seller cannot provide requested proof of ownership, permission, license, authorization, product authenticity, material claims, or legal compliance.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Nodarnika names, logos, branding, website design, text, graphics, and marketplace materials belong to Nodarnika or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Nodarnika branding or marketplace materials without permission.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that their listings, products, photos, videos, patterns, tutorials, and digital content do not violate the rights of others.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

Nodarnika provides the marketplace platform. Nodarnika does not manufacture, own, inspect, store, ship, or guarantee seller products unless expressly stated.

Nodarnika does not guarantee that listings, products, seller claims, materials, shipping times, or buyer/seller communications will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.

Users use the marketplace at their own risk, subject to applicable law.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nodarnika is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, payment provider issues, shipping carrier issues, seller product issues, buyer misuse, third-party actions, or user disputes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Nodarnika may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

If changes are made, the Effective Date may be updated. Continued use of Nodarnika after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
