Seller Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Welcome to Nodarnika. This Seller Policy explains the rules and responsibilities for sellers who list, sell, and deliver products through Nodarnika Marketplace.

By creating a seller account, submitting a listing, or selling through Nodarnika, you agree to follow this Seller Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Buyer Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Prohibited Items Policy.

  1. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and fulfillment of all listings they submit to Nodarnika.

Each seller is responsible for providing truthful information about the item, including title, description, photos, materials, size, condition, price, shipping details, processing time, and any return limitations.

Sellers must not provide false, misleading, incomplete, copied, or deceptive listing information.

  1. Seller Account Information

Sellers must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

Sellers may be required to provide identity, payment, tax, bank, or verification information through Stripe or another payment provider in order to receive payouts.

Nodarnika does not control Stripe verification requirements. Stripe may request information such as date of birth, tax information, government identification, banking information, SSN or partial SSN, or other verification details depending on applicable rules.

  1. Listing Approval

Nodarnika may review listings before they are published.

Submitting a listing does not guarantee approval. Nodarnika may approve, deny, remove, restrict, or request changes to any listing if needed to protect buyers, sellers, marketplace quality, intellectual property rights, or platform safety.

Listing review may take approximately 24–48 hours, depending on the listing details and marketplace activity.

  1. Listing Denial or Removal

Nodarnika may deny approval, request corrections, or remove a listing if the listing:

  • contains inaccurate or misleading information;
  • includes poor-quality or unclear photos;
  • appears to violate another person’s intellectual property rights;
  • includes prohibited, unsafe, or restricted products;
  • includes copied content, copied photos, copied videos, or copied digital materials;
  • includes the full digital product link in the public listing;
  • does not provide enough information for buyers;
  • appears to be in bad condition;
  • does not meet Nodarnika marketplace standards.

Nodarnika may provide a reason when a listing is denied or removed, but reserves the right to make the final decision.

  1. Product Condition

Sellers may not list or sell items that are in bad condition, damaged, heavily worn, unsafe, dirty, incomplete, misleading, or not accurately described.

All physical products must be clean, safe, usable, and honestly represented.

If Nodarnika determines that an item appears to be in poor condition, has unclear photos, lacks required details, or may create a negative buyer experience, Nodarnika may deny approval, request corrections, or remove the listing.

  1. Photos and Listing Images

Sellers must upload clear and accurate photos of the actual item being sold whenever possible.

Photos must not misrepresent the item’s color, size, condition, materials, or quality.

Sellers should not use copied photos from other websites, social media, marketplaces, brands, designers, or creators unless they have permission.

For digital products, preview images, screenshots, PDF samples, and video previews should include watermark protection where possible.

If Nodarnika believes that a preview image or digital sample needs protection, Nodarnika may add or request a watermark to help protect sellers from copying, misuse, or fraud.

  1. Materials and Authenticity

Sellers must accurately describe all materials used in the item.

If an item is described as wool, cashmere, silk, cotton, linen, natural fiber, handmade, hand-knit, crochet, embroidered, or any similar term, the seller must make sure the description is accurate.

Sellers must not misrepresent acrylic, polyester, synthetic blends, machine-made items, or imported products as handmade or natural fiber if that is not accurate.

  1. Handmade, Machine-Made, and Digital Listings

Nodarnika allows handmade items, crochet items, knitted goods, yarn, tools, patterns, tutorials, embroidery, lacework, and approved digital products.

Machine-knit or machine-assisted items may be allowed when honestly described.

Digital products may include patterns, tutorials, PDF files, video lessons, instructional content, or other approved digital materials.

  1. Digital Product Ownership and Protection

At this time, digital products are not currently available for sale, upload, delivery, or distribution on Nodarnika Knits. At the present, the platform supports physical handmade goods only.

Nodarnika Knits may support digital products in the future. If digital products become available, this policy may be updated with additional rules regarding copyright ownership, licensing, previews, digital delivery, buyer access, file protection, and seller responsibilities.

  1. Pricing

Sellers are responsible for setting accurate prices for their listings.

Prices must be honest and must not be misleading.

Sellers should not use bait pricing, fake discounts, or intentionally incorrect pricing.

  1. Marketplace Commission

Nodarnika may charge a marketplace commission on completed transactions.

The current marketplace commission is 10% of the item sale amount unless otherwise updated by Nodarnika.

Payment processing fees, Stripe fees, taxes, shipping charges, or other charges may apply separately.

  1. Payments and Payouts

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

Seller payouts may depend on Stripe verification, buyer payment completion, transaction status, fraud review, refund status, or other payment provider rules.

Nodarnika is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, banks, payment verification, incorrect seller banking information, or payment processor requirements.

  1. Shipping Responsibility

For physical products, sellers are responsible for packing, shipping, and fulfilling orders.

Sellers must provide accurate shipping information, processing time, shipping origin, and shipping method when applicable.

Sellers are responsible for shipping the item to the buyer in the condition described in the listing.

Digital products do not require shipping.

  1. Processing Time

Sellers must clearly state or follow the processing time shown in the listing.

If a seller cannot ship or deliver within the stated processing time, the seller should communicate with the buyer as soon as possible.

Repeated delays may result in listing removal or seller account review.

  1. Returns and Refunds for Physical Items

Sellers must follow Nodarnika’s Return & Refund Policy.

If returns are accepted, sellers must clearly describe the return conditions.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, significantly misrepresented, or not as described, Nodarnika may review the situation and may request seller cooperation.

Sellers must respond to buyer messages, cancellation requests, return requests, and order issue reports in a timely and professional manner.

If a buyer requests cancellation before the item has shipped, the seller should respond within 24 to 48 hours and cooperate with the buyer and Nodarnika Knits when cancellation is appropriate.

Sellers must not mark an order as shipped unless the item has actually been shipped or is ready for shipment according to the order process.

If a buyer reports that an item was not received, damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or not as described, the seller must cooperate with the review process and may be asked to provide tracking information, shipping proof, photos, or other order details.

If a seller does not respond to an order issue, cancellation request, return request, or refund concern within 48 hours, Nodarnika Knits may review the transaction without further seller response.

Nodarnika Knits may cancel the order, issue a refund to the buyer, remove the listing, limit selling privileges, or take other appropriate action if the seller fails to ship the item, fails to respond, provides misleading information, or violates marketplace rules.

  1. Buyer Communication

Sellers must communicate with buyers respectfully, honestly, and professionally.

Sellers must not pressure, threaten, insult, harass, or mislead buyers.

Sellers must not ask buyers to complete transactions outside of Nodarnika in order to avoid marketplace rules, commissions, or payment processing.

  1. Prohibited Items

Sellers must not list prohibited, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or misleading products.

Sellers must follow Nodarnika’s Prohibited Items Policy.

Nodarnika may remove prohibited listings and may restrict or close seller accounts that violate marketplace rules.

  1. Intellectual Property

Sellers must respect intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patterns, images, videos, logos, brand names, designs, and written content.

Sellers may not use another person’s content, product photos, designs, patterns, videos, descriptions, or brand materials without permission.

If Nodarnika receives a complaint or believes a listing may violate intellectual property rights, Nodarnika may remove the listing or request proof from the seller.

  1. Listing Deletion and Request for Deletion

Sellers may close or edit listings when available through the platform.

If a seller cannot delete a draft, closed listing, digital listing, image, video, or other listing content through the account dashboard, the seller may contact Nodarnika and request deletion.

Nodarnika may review deletion requests and remove content when appropriate.

Some transaction, payment, legal, tax, or compliance records may need to be retained as required by law, platform rules, or payment processor requirements.

  1. Seller Account Review

Nodarnika may review a seller account if there are repeated buyer complaints, poor product quality, bad condition items, delayed shipping, misleading listings, intellectual property concerns, payment issues, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

Nodarnika may limit, suspend, or close seller accounts if needed to protect the marketplace.

  1. Changes to This Seller Policy

Nodarnika may update this Seller Policy from time to time.

Updated policies may be posted on the marketplace website. Continued use of Nodarnika after policy updates means the seller accepts the updated policy.

  1. Contact Information
