This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, digital delivery, tracking, customs, and shipping-related responsibilities work for purchases made through nodarnika.com.

Nodarnika is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for shipping the physical products they sell unless otherwise stated.

By using Nodarnika, buyers and sellers agree to follow this Shipping Policy, our Terms of Service, Seller Policy, Buyer Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other marketplace rules.

  1. SELLER SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Each seller is responsible for shipping their own physical products to buyers.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Setting shipping prices;
  • Stating shipping methods;
  • Providing processing times;
  • Providing estimated delivery times;
  • Packaging items safely;
  • Purchasing or creating shipping labels;
  • Shipping orders on time;
  • Providing tracking information when available;
  • Communicating with buyers about shipping delays or issues.

Nodarnika does not physically store, pack, ship, or deliver seller products unless specifically stated otherwise.

  1. SHIPPING LABELS AND CARRIERS

Sellers are responsible for purchasing, creating, printing, and using shipping labels for their own orders.

Unless Nodarnika later offers an integrated shipping label service, sellers must arrange shipping directly through their chosen carrier or shipping service, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, local postal services, Pirate Ship, Shippo, ShipStation, or another shipping provider.

Sellers are responsible for choosing appropriate shipping services, entering correct package information, paying carrier shipping fees, and following the carrier’s rules.

Nodarnika is not responsible for errors made by sellers when creating shipping labels, entering package weight, entering package dimensions, choosing shipping services, or providing shipping addresses to carriers.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND NO SHIPPING REQUIRED

Digital products are not available at this time.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are set by each seller.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • Product size;
  • Product weight;
  • Shipping destination;
  • Shipping method;
  • Domestic or international shipping;
  • Packaging materials;
  • Carrier rates;
  • Insurance or tracking services;
  • Customs or international handling requirements.

Buyers should review shipping costs before completing a purchase.

  1. PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the amount of time a seller needs to prepare an order before shipping.

Processing time may vary depending on the seller and the type of product.

Handmade, custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, embroidered, lacework, knitted, crocheted, or small-batch items may require additional processing time.

Sellers should clearly state their processing time in the product listing or shop information.

Sellers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping from country and shipping destination options in each listing.

Sellers must clearly state where the item ships from, where the item can be shipped, the processing time, shipping cost, and any available tracking information.

If a seller offers domestic shipping only or local pickup only, this must be clearly selected in the listing and explained in the listing description when needed.

Sellers are responsible for shipping items on time and for communicating with buyers about shipping delays, tracking, or delivery issues.

  1. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the seller or shipping carrier.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Postal service delays;
  • Weather;
  • Holidays;
  • Customs processing;
  • Incorrect shipping addresses;
  • International shipping delays;
  • Seller processing time;
  • Events outside the seller’s or Nodarnika’s control.
  1. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Nodarnika and sellers are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the buyer.

If a buyer notices an address mistake after placing an order, the buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible.

  1. TRACKING INFORMATION

Sellers should provide tracking information when available.

Not all shipping methods include tracking. If tracking is important, buyers should review the shipping details before purchasing or contact the seller before placing an order.

If tracking is provided, buyers should monitor the package status through the shipping carrier.

  1. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If a package is delayed, buyers should first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.

If the package appears lost, the buyer should contact the seller through the marketplace.

Sellers are responsible for communicating with buyers and helping resolve shipping issues according to their policies, carrier rules, marketplace rules, and applicable law.

Nodarnika is not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or carrier errors caused by postal services, shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or events outside Nodarnika’s control.

  1. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If an item arrives damaged, the buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible.

The buyer may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item;
  • Photos of the packaging;
  • Order details;
  • Tracking information;
  • Any other information needed to review the issue.

The seller is responsible for reviewing the issue and determining the appropriate solution according to the seller’s policy, marketplace rules, carrier rules, and applicable law.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some sellers may offer international shipping.

International buyers may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees;
  • Import taxes;
  • Duties;
  • Brokerage fees;
  • Carrier handling fees;
  • Other charges required by the buyer’s country.

These charges are not controlled by Nodarnika and may not be included in the product price or shipping cost.

International shipping may take longer than domestic shipping.

  1. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RULES

Buyers and sellers are responsible for understanding customs and import rules that may apply to international orders.

Sellers are responsible for completing customs forms accurately when required.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges required by their country.

Nodarnika is not responsible for customs delays, customs decisions, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or border processing issues.

  1. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some sellers may only ship to certain locations.

Sellers should clearly state any shipping restrictions in their listings or shop information.

Buyers should review shipping availability before purchasing.

Sellers may not ship products to locations where the product is prohibited, restricted, unsafe, or illegal to ship.

  1. MULTIPLE ITEMS OR MULTIPLE SELLERS

Because Nodarnika is a marketplace, items purchased from different sellers may ship separately.

Each seller is responsible for shipping their own products.

Orders from different sellers may have different shipping costs, processing times, delivery dates, return policies, and tracking information.

  1. LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP

Some sellers may offer local delivery or local pickup if available.

Any local delivery or pickup arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer and seller.

Sellers should clearly explain local pickup or local delivery terms before completing the transaction.

Nodarnika is not responsible for disputes, delays, missed meetings, safety issues, or problems related to local pickup or local delivery arrangements between buyers and sellers.

  1. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Sellers may choose to purchase shipping insurance when available.

If shipping insurance is offered or purchased, the seller is responsible for understanding the carrier’s insurance terms, filing claims, and communicating with the buyer.

Buyers should contact the seller if they believe a package was lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

  1. RETURNS AND RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping responsibility may depend on the seller’s return policy, the reason for the return, marketplace rules, and applicable law.

Buyers should review the seller’s return policy before purchasing.

  1. NODARNIKA’S ROLE

Nodarnika provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect.

Nodarnika is not responsible for:

  • Seller shipping delays;
  • Carrier delays;
  • Lost packages caused by carriers;
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by buyers;
  • Customs delays;
  • Import taxes or duties;
  • Seller packaging decisions;
  • Seller label errors;
  • Delivery issues outside Nodarnika’s control;
  • Shipping carrier policies, fees, or decisions.
  1. FUTURE SHIPPING INTEGRATIONS

Nodarnika may choose to add shipping tools, carrier integrations, shipping label services, tracking tools, or third-party shipping software in the future.

If such services become available, additional terms, fees, carrier rules, and third-party policies may apply.

Until an integrated shipping label service is offered, sellers are responsible for arranging and managing their own shipping labels, shipping carriers, and package delivery.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

Nodarnika may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.

If changes are made, the Effective Date will be updated. Continued use of Nodarnika means that you accept the updated Shipping Policy.
