BUYER POLICY

Welcome to Nodarnika.
This Buyer Policy explains the rules and responsibilities for buyers who browse, purchase, communicate, and use nodarnika.com.
Nodarnika is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers of yarns, knitted goods, crochet items, handmade products, natural fiber products, embroidery, lacework, accessories, patterns, tutorials, digital products, and related goods.
By using Nodarnika as a buyer, you agree to follow this Buyer Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Seller Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, and all other marketplace rules.
- ABOUT BUYING ON NODARNIKA
Nodarnika provides a marketplace platform where independent sellers may list and sell products.
Products listed on Nodarnika are sold by independent sellers unless specifically stated otherwise.
Nodarnika is not the manufacturer, owner, shipper, supplier, or creator of seller products, digital products, patterns, tutorials, videos, or listings.
- BUYER ELIGIBILITY
To purchase products on Nodarnika, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.
By using Nodarnika as a buyer, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- Your account information is accurate;
- You will provide correct shipping and contact information;
- You will pay for purchases you make;
- You will follow marketplace rules and applicable laws.
- BUYER ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Buyers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and current.
This may include:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Shipping address;
- Billing information;
- Contact information;
- Order information.
Buyers are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
- READING PRODUCT LISTINGS
Before purchasing an item, buyers should carefully read the full product listing.
Buyers should review:
- Product title;
- Product description;
- Product photos;
- Materials or fiber content;
- Size and measurements;
- Color;
- Quantity;
- Condition;
- Shipping cost;
- Processing time;
- Estimated delivery time;
- Digital delivery method, if applicable;
- Seller return and refund policy.
If a buyer has questions, the buyer should contact the seller before placing an order.
- HANDMADE AND NATURAL FIBER ITEMS
Many products on Nodarnika may be handmade, hand-knitted, hand-crocheted, embroidered, lacework, custom-made, made to order, or made with natural fibers.
Buyers understand that handmade and natural fiber products may have slight variations in:
- Color;
- Texture;
- Size;
- Shape;
- Pattern;
- Thickness;
- Finish;
- Appearance.
These natural differences do not automatically mean the product is defective.
- PRODUCT COLORS AND PHOTOS
Sellers should show products accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on the buyer’s screen, device, lighting, or photo quality.
Buyers understand that small color differences may occur.
If exact color is important, buyers should contact the seller before purchasing.
- MATERIALS AND FIBER CONTENT
Buyers should carefully review material and fiber content listed by the seller.
If a seller describes an item as wool, cotton, cashmere, silk, linen, alpaca, mohair, natural fiber, organic, or another material, that claim is made by the seller.
Nodarnika may review listings and may request proof from sellers, but Nodarnika does not independently verify every material or fiber claim made by sellers.
Buyers should contact the seller before purchase if material, fiber content, allergies, sensitivities, washing instructions, or care instructions are important.
- DIGITAL PATTERNS, TUTORIALS, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are not currently available for listing or sale on Nodarnika Knits unless this feature is officially enabled in the future.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Buyers agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including product price, shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees.
Payments may be processed by Stripe and/or other third-party payment providers.
Stripe is an independent third-party payment processor and is not owned or controlled by Nodarnika.
Payment processing may be subject to Stripe’s own terms, privacy policy, verification requirements, security practices, and fees.
Nodarnika does not directly store full credit card numbers, full bank account numbers, full SSN/ITIN numbers, or full Stripe verification information on the marketplace.
- BANK ACCOUNT AND PAYOUT INFORMATION
Some Stripe forms may allow sellers to connect their own bank account or enter bank account details manually for payout purposes.
This bank account option is generally for seller payouts, not for bypassing Nodarnika checkout.
Buyers should complete purchases only through the authorized Nodarnika checkout process.
Buyers should not send payment directly to sellers outside the marketplace if such payment violates Nodarnika rules.
- SHIPPING INFORMATION
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Nodarnika and sellers are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the buyer.
Buyers should review the seller’s shipping terms before purchasing.
- DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates only.
Orders may be delayed because of:
- Postal or carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Holidays;
- Customs processing;
- International shipping delays;
- Incorrect shipping information;
- Seller processing time;
- Events outside the seller’s or Nodarnika’s control.
Buyers should contact the seller if they have questions about shipping status.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If a buyer purchases from an international seller, the buyer may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges required by the buyer’s country.
International shipping may take longer than domestic shipping.
Buyers are responsible for understanding import rules and fees in their country.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Each seller is responsible for their own return, refund, and exchange policy, unless otherwise required by law or marketplace rules.
Buyers should review the seller’s return policy before purchasing.
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made items;
- Personalized items;
- Made-to-order items;
- Intimate items;
- Final sale items;
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the listing description, the buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible.
- ORDER ISSUES
If there is a problem with an order, buyers should first contact the seller through the marketplace.
Order issues may include:
- Item not received;
- Item damaged during shipping;
- Wrong item received;
- Item significantly different from the listing;
- Missing item;
- Shipping delay;
Buyers should provide clear information, photos if needed, screenshots if needed, order details, and communicate respectfully with the seller.
Buyers may request cancellation before the seller has shipped the item. If the order has already been shipped, the buyer may request a return or report an issue through the order conversation or by using the available order issue button, if shown on the platform.
The order issue button may appear as Request Return, Report Issue, Return or Issue Request, or similar wording.
If the seller does not respond to an order issue, cancellation request, return request, or refund concern within 48 hours, the buyer may contact Nodarnika Knits support for review.
Nodarnika Knits may review the transaction, messages, shipping status, tracking information, photos, and other available evidence. Nodarnika Knits may cancel the order, issue a refund, allow the transaction to continue, or take other appropriate action based on the situation.
- CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Buyers should contact the seller first to resolve order issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Buyers may not abuse chargebacks, false claims, dishonest refund requests, or payment dispute systems.
Nodarnika may restrict, suspend, or remove buyer accounts that abuse payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or marketplace protections.
If the seller does not respond or the issue cannot be resolved, buyers should contact Nodarnika Knits support before filing a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
- COMMUNICATION WITH SELLERS
Buyers must communicate with sellers respectfully and honestly.
Buyers may not:
- Harass or threaten sellers;
- Make false claims;
- Abuse the review system;
- Request illegal or prohibited products;
- Misuse seller information;
- Use marketplace communication for spam or unrelated purposes;
- Request off-platform payments that violate Nodarnika rules.
- REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If reviews or feedback are available, buyers should leave honest reviews based on real purchase experiences.
Buyers may not post:
- Fake reviews;
- Threatening or abusive content;
- Private personal information;
- False claims;
- Spam;
- Reviews used to manipulate ratings.
Nodarnika may remove reviews that violate marketplace rules.
- BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
Buyers are responsible for:
- Reading listings before purchasing;
- Asking questions before placing an order;
- Providing accurate shipping information;
- Paying for purchases;
- Following marketplace rules;
- Communicating respectfully;
- Understanding that handmade items may have natural variations;
- Understanding that digital products may not be refundable after delivery.
- PROHIBITED BUYER CONDUCT
Buyers may not:
- Commit fraud;
- Make false claims;
- Abuse refunds or chargebacks;
- Harass sellers or other users;
- Use stolen payment information;
- Request payment or transactions outside the marketplace if prohibited by platform rules;
- Misuse personal information;
- Violate any applicable law or marketplace policy.
- DISPUTES BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS
Buyers and sellers should first try to resolve order issues by communicating through the marketplace.
Nodarnika may help buyers and sellers communicate about order issues when appropriate, but sellers are generally responsible for their own products, shipping, returns, refunds, digital delivery, and customer service.
Nodarnika is not automatically responsible for seller products, seller shipping delays, digital delivery issues, or seller policies.
- ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR REMOVAL
Nodarnika may restrict, suspend, or remove a buyer account if the buyer violates this Buyer Policy, Terms of Service, marketplace rules, or applicable law.
Nodarnika may also restrict or remove accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, false claims, chargeback abuse, payment misuse, or other harmful conduct.
- CHANGES TO THIS BUYER POLICY
Nodarnika may update this Buyer Policy from time to time.
If changes are made, the Effective Date will be updated. Continued use of Nodarnika as a buyer means that you accept the updated Buyer Policy.
